I recently had the pleasure of visiting this clinic for the very first time, and I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for the entire experience. My first treatment was a hydrofacial with Alice, and from the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Elisha. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable right away, which instantly set the tone for a wonderful visit. The clinic itself is stunning—beautifully designed, clean, and with such a relaxing atmosphere that it truly feels like a luxury retreat. Alice, who carried out my hydrofacial, is an incredibly experienced therapist and also one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in a treatment setting. She explained everything clearly, was so gentle and professional throughout, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable. The treatment left my skin absolutely glowing, and I could immediately see and feel the difference. Three weeks later, I returned for fractional and BBL laser treatments, and once again, I was welcomed with the same warmth and professionalism, this time by Amanda. She is incredibly sweet, polite, and attentive, and she made me feel completely at home throughout the process. These were treatments I had been considering for a long time, and I had spent quite a while searching for the right clinic where I would feel confident and cared for. I am so glad I found this place—it exceeded all of my expectations. The results have been fantastic, and I am truly thrilled with the improvement in my skin. Beyond the treatments themselves, what makes this clinic stand out is the team. Alice’s expertise and kindness, combined with Elisha and Amanda’s warm and welcoming nature, made me feel so valued and looked after. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been genuinely professional and caring, which makes such a difference when you are trusting someone with your skin and well-being. I am so happy and thankful to have discovered this clinic, and I will absolutely continue to come back. For anyone who has been searching for highly experienced therapists, excellent results, and a luxurious experience from start to finish, I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I recently had treatment at NassifMD Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, Elisha was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel completely at ease. The clinic is modern, and clean. Which gave me great confidence in the standard of care. My treatment was explained clearly and carried out with a high level of professionalism. Amanda and Natalie made me feel at ease throughout. I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the way they made me feel. Overall, my experience was excellent. After receiving my initial consultation, I knew I was in safe hands. Their knowledge and understanding of the various treatments available is the most apparent from the outset. They are truly professional; the staff are most welcoming, kind and helpful. The clinic is beautiful without feeling intimidating; I understand it is identical to Dr Naasif’s LA clinic, right down to the same artwork. WOW what an amazing experience.  From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Elisha who is so warm and friendly.  I was put at ease straight away. Amanda was amazing.  Talked me through everything and no question was too much trouble to answer (and there were a lot).  She even suggested removing a mole that was close to my eye.  Natalie who did the treatment was awesome too.  Kept asking if I was ok and informing me every step of the way what was happening and what she was going to do. From start to finish, Amanda and Felicity were absolutely fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout the procedure. They explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was carried out with such care and precision. What really stood out to me was the aftercare – it was thorough, supportive, and made the recovery smooth and stress-free. I had a full body laser hair removal session with Alice and couldn’t be happier. She listened carefully to my concerns and was incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive throughout. The treatment was quick and significantly less painful than my previous experiences elsewhere.
