Cellulite is a condition that mainly affects the hips, thighs, buttocks and stomach and although it can affect anyone, it is more prevalent in women. This harmless condition is often perceived to be a concern that is associated with people who are overweight, but the truth is it can be present on people of all sizes. The appearance of cellulite typically shows as lumpy or dimpled skin, often being described as having a texture that compares to ‘orange peel’ or ‘cottage cheese’.
