At Nassif MedSpa we really value the time it takes to get to know you. Your consultation is no exception, and the hour we spend together gives us valuable insight into your unique motivations for treatment as well as expected outcomes.

This is also a time where you will get to know us, and our approach to your bespoke journey with Nassif MedSpa. We make every effort to ensure you’re comfortable and relaxed during your face to face consultation, and keep things conversational rather than the typical ‘Doctor – Patient’ experience people often expect. We believe that to know you is to understand you, and without building strong relationships with our clients, we can’t deliver the exacting standard of service that we do. During your consultation, we will also discuss your medical history and lifestyle so as to tailor a treatment plan that is designed to benefit you, not us.

Your Treatment

On the day of your treatment, you will have time to sit back, relax and enjoy our complimentary menu of refreshments and treats before your appointment, where any questions or queries can be answered before your treatment.
You will be invited through to one of our stylish treatment rooms designed with your ultimate comfort and experience in mind.

Comfort and safety are paramount to us here at Nassif MedSpa, and you will get to know our intimate team on a personal level, and we have in house doctors which can be accessed no matter what your treatment. Whether you are here for hair removal, facials, peels or injectables, all our clients can expect to be treated the same.

Amanda, Dr. Nassif’s business partner and your Patient Coordinator, will be on hand to walk you through every step, accompanying you through your treatment with us, and beyond. You can expect exemplary care on the day of your treatment, and to always be treated with respect and consideration. Our team will be attentive to your needs and ensure that you leave the MedSpa feeling like a VIP; because to us, you are.

Your Aftercare

Before leaving the MedSpa, your treatment will be reviewed and your bespoke aftercare plan will be discussed. This may include; how to care for your treated area, swelling / bruising management, any recommended at home skincare or maintenance, answering any final questions you may have, confirming your next appointment if required and any next steps.

You are welcome to spend time in the MedSpa for as long as you need, so that you leave when you are ready and comfortable to do so. Our team are known for creating a genuine bond with our patients. Therefore, you can often find us relaxing and having a chat both before and after a treatment takes place, so that we know our patients are comfortable and at ease on the day of their treatment, and leave us feeling nothing short of fabulous.

You can be assured that just because you have left us, our commitment to you doesn’t end there. Our team cares about you, and are here to ensure you are happy with your treatment. You will have a follow up call within 24 hours, so assess your progress post treatment.

You can also be assured that if you have any questions or concerns, we have a dedicated out of hours mobile number so you can reach us at any time – and we are always delighted to help.

I have been to see Amanda a few times now to help with the appearance of my acne scarring and redness. On my first appointment we had a very very thorough consultation which I really appreciated. I then went onto have halo and profractional laser, the aftercare was amazing and she was always on hand to answer any queries over message on her weekend! I have recently been for a checkup where I had more treatment in her own time just so I can get the best results possible. The Hydrafacial Platinum was absolutely fantastic, hands down the best facial I have ever had. My skin felt gorgeous afterwards and the whole experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. Nina was lovely, friendly and explained each stage, which was very reassuring. Amanda and Andi were so welcoming and professional. The clinic is beautifully clean and well presented. An excellent clinic, highly recommended! I visited Nassif Medspa initially for BBL treatment, but soon progressed to Moxi and Hydrafacial treatments. Amanda is a consummate professional, who listened to my (difficult) in-depth journey, and made recommendations to help. My skin has never looked better! Her attention to detail is second-to-none; Amanda genuinely puts time, energy, and her soul into her work, and it really shows. Shout out to the lovely Andy and Nina too.
