By making a booking you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms & conditions and privacy & cookies policy of NassifMD Medspa UK. We require a non-refundable deposit of £50 for the consultation fee.
The deposit is non-refundable should you want to change or cancel your consultation. However providing you give us one week notice prior to your attendance, and the appointment slot is moved to within 2 weeks of the original slot we will transfer your appointment to another date convenient to you if we have diary appointment space. If we do not have the diary space, then the appointment will not be able to be moved.
If on the day of the consultation you also have treatment then the deposit amount is redeemable against the cost of the treatment received that day.
If you book several consultations, and therefore pay several different deposits to reserve your slots – these are only redeemable against their respective slots.
WHAT IF I AM LATE?
If you are ten or more minutes late for an appointment, there will be a surcharge of £50 and we could cancel your appointment altogether – unless we have a last minute cancellation in a different slot, in which case we’re happy to fit you in at that time.
PRODUCT SALES REFUND POLICY
We do not provide refunds for products or treatments. We will however offer a credit note where clients return products, with proof of purchase, within 3 days of purchase, as long as the product has been unopened and is not damaged in any way. Clinic Managers have the discretion to provide a credit note where clients decide for whatever reason that they wish to change their treatment plan.
This refund policy does not affect statutory rights relating to defective products.
