Booking Terms

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms & conditions and privacy & cookies policy of NassifMD Medical Spa UK.

Bookings are made on a first come first-served basis. The full payment of the consultation fee (£50) is required upon booking.

Payment can be made over the phone or through our website’s online booking system. All payments are non-refundable.

Bookings at NassifMD Medical Spa UK are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment. Failure to make a deposit payment promptly may result in the allocated appointment slot being given to another individual. A booking will not be held without a deposit payment at NassifMD Medical Spa UK.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of treatments is required for all treatment bookings at NassifMD Medical Spa. This amount is per treatment, not per appointment. Payment can be made over the phone or in person.

We require 7 days notice to make changes to your appointment date and time, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost for changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time and date.

Failure to arrive at your appointment can incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost.

For appointments that are part of a treatment course, one treatment will be deducted from the remaining number of treatments for late cancellations or changes made within 7 days.

One week before your appointment at NassifMD Medical Spa UK, you will receive an appointment reminder by email. Please refer to this for your specific time.

Late arrivals may not receive treatment at NassifMD Medical Spa UK. While our staff will make every effort to provide a full treatment, we cannot keep other patients waiting. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment while also charging for the full price of the treatment booked.

If you have paid for a consultation at NassifMD Medical Spa UK, please be aware that the outcome of the consultation may be information and advice indicating that you are unsuitable for treatment. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of the consultation fee.

All laser courses must be completed within 12 months.

When bringing young children to NassifMD Medical Spa UK, ensure that a supervising adult is present at all times. Our staff cannot provide supervision, and children are not allowed in treatment rooms.

It is essential to provide all requested medical history at NassifMD Medical Spa UK. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused due to withheld information or failure to follow staff instructions.

Please note that the emergency number should only be used for emergencies, such as urgent aftercare advice or severe pain experienced.

The emergency line should not be used to rearrange bookings or ask general questions.

Alcohol consumption 48 hours before or after your appointment at NassifMD Medical Spa UK is not permitted for treatment bookings. If you have consumed alcohol, it is important to inform the Doctor as it may not be safe or recommended to proceed.

In the case of being unable to complete the course of treatment due to a severe or terminal medical condition, a refund for the balance will be provided. The refund will be calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, including those forfeited for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, and the difference will be returned.

If you plan to fly medium to long-haul after your treatment appointments at NassifMD Medical Spa UK, please inform the booking coordinators so they can check with the Doctor if it poses any problems.

Further treatments cannot be received during your review appointment at NassifMD Medical Spa UK.

Any missed reviews not cancelled at least 7 days before the appointment will result in a £50 fine being applied to the next treatment booked with NassifMD Medical Spa UK.

PRODUCT SALES REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds for products or treatments. However, if clients return products within 3 days of purchase with proof of purchase, unopened and undamaged, we will offer a credit note. The Clinic Managers have the discretion to provide a credit note when clients wish to change their treatment plan.

This refund policy does not affect statutory rights concerning defective products.

BOTULINUM TOXIN REVIEW / ADJUSTMENT APPOINTMENTS

Complimentary Botulinum Toxin adjustments must be scheduled and completed within 2-4 weeks of the initial treatment at NassifMD Medical Spa UK. Failing to book the top-up within this timeframe or missing the review appointment will render the offer invalid.

PROMOTIONS

Occasionally, NassifMD Medical Spa UK may offer exclusive promotions for our patients. NassifMD Medical Spa UK reserves the right to modify any aspect of the promotion without prior notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply to promotions, which are not provided in detail here. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints can be made verbally or in writing to info@nassifmedspa.co.uk or by calling 0161 877 8444. Please note that complaints are not monitored on our social media accounts. For a prompt response, we recommend contacting our telephone line during specified opening hours or sending your complaint to the provided email address. Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive an acknowledgment within 72 hours. Your complaint will be investigated by the General Manager of NassifMD Medical Spa UK. This may involve scheduling an additional consultation with a staff member from NassifMD Medical Spa UK. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, your case will be reviewed by the Medical Director of NassifMD Medical Spa. In cases where gestures of goodwill are offered to the patient by NassifMD Medical Spa UK as a result of complaints, a signed agreement must be completed at the clinic and witnessed by another doctor. Please note that the front-of-house concierge staff cannot provide clinical advice.
