Choose a foundation course if you’re new to Botox®

If you’re a nurse, doctor or dentist who hasn’t worked with Botox before, then our foundation course will provide you with the practical skills, knowledge and understanding you need to begin providing Botox treatments at your own clinic with confidence.

Learning is hands on combined with comprehensive theory.

You’ll also have the opportunity to observe a live demonstration before performing the treatment yourself during a practical workshop under clinical supervision.

Treatments are becoming increasingly advanced and many patients are discovering the considerable benefits of dermal fillers. Our foundation dermal filler course is the perfect introduction to this popular field of aesthetics.

Led by Dr Ryan, it is ideal for nurses, doctors or dentists looking to add dermal filler treatments to their clinic offering.

Combining in-depth theory with hands-on learning, the course is carefully designed to help build expertise so that you can carry out your own treatments. With careful supervision, we will guide you through a practical session where you will treat lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and cheeks.

Can I earn CPD accreditation?

Yes, all our masterclasses are CPD accredited. Upon successful completion of our courses, delegates receive a NassifMD Aestehtics Academy certificate.

What is the focus of your courses?

Our courses aim to provide delegates with a solid foundation and continued excellence in aesthetic medicine.

Elearning 4-6 hours of prelearning online

  • Evidence-Based Lectures: Our interactive lectures emphasize clinical anatomy and evidence-based science, designed to stimulate and challenge participants.
  • Hands-On Practical Training: We offer practical training with carefully selected models to expose delegates to a variety of aesthetic challenges encountered in clinical practice.
Do you offer post-course support and what is available?

The academy will provide all delegates with continuous support after completion of the courses. After completing your course, our private Facebook forum offers a supportive environment for ongoing questions and discussion.

Who is eligible for training?

We train qualified medical professionals who are members of their respective regulatory bodies. Delegates must provide proof of their qualifications and regulatory body registration numbers.

What qualifications are required to enroll in courses?

Courses are exclusively for qualified medical professionals with active registration with an approved body. No prior experience is needed for our Foundation course, but intermediate and advanced courses require a certain level of practice.

  • Membership to a Professional Statutory & Regulatory Body with no restrictions.
  • Clinical role involving patient information management and treatment planning.
  • Health-related, medically based degree.
  • Independent prescribing rights or supervision by a prescribing clinician.
  • Proficiency in injections or cannula use.
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Do I need to bring my own products?

No, all necessary products for procedures and learning are provided.

Do I need to bring a model?

No, NassifMD Aesthetics Academy supplies models for all courses. If you wish to bring your own model, please contact us at least 2 weeks before your course.

What about insurance?

After completing the course, you will need to purchase professional indemnity insurance to practice. We are recognized by Hiscox, Hamilton Fraser, and Cosmetic Insure.

Is there any preparation required before the course?

Yes, pre learning online course training materials will be emailed to you and should be completed in advance. A solid understanding of facial anatomy and physiology is assumed. Online prelearning is 4-6 hours for both toxin and filler.

Can beauticians or beauty therapists enroll in courses?

Our injectable treatment courses are strictly for medical professionals with active registration. However, those with NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications are welcome in our skincare courses.

We are regularly approached by qualified and experienced beauticians and beauty therapists who are keen to access training for injectable treatments. Unfortunately, our courses are strictly for medical professionals with active registration. The following would therefore NOT be able to train with us at the present time:

  • Beauticians
  • Beauty therapists
  • NVQ qualified beauty professionals
  • Laser technicians, even with qualifications

However, we welcome those from the beauty industry on our skincare courses, provided you can demonstrate NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications.

Can non-prescribing medical professionals attend?

Yes, non-prescribing medical professionals can attend, but they must arrange for an Independent Prescriber for patient consultations post-course.

Will I get hands-on experience during training?

Absolutely. Our courses emphasize practical experience, providing ample opportunities to perform treatments on models.

Where will the training take place?

Training courses are held at our fully-equipped Training Facility in Manchester, MediaCity Salford Quays.  Priviate parking and easy transport links. Full wheelchair access.

We have private parking at the MedSpa.
