At Nassif MedSpa we really value the time it takes to get to know you. Your consultation is no exception, and the hour we spend together gives us valuable insight into your unique motivations for treatment as well as expected outcomes.

This is also a time where you will get to know us, and our approach to your bespoke journey with Nassif MedSpa. We make every effort to ensure you’re comfortable and relaxed during your face to face consultation, and keep things conversational rather than the typical ‘Doctor – Patient’ experience people often expect. We believe that to know you is to understand you, and without building strong relationships with our clients, we can’t deliver the exacting standard of service that we do. During your consultation, we will also discuss your medical history and lifestyle so as to tailor a treatment plan that is designed to benefit you, not us.

We take great pride in that we are Doctor led MedSpa, with an emphasis on honesty. If we don’t believe you are suitable for your desired treatment, we will discuss potential alternates, making sure you are fully informed and wholly understand why – it is this transparency that has earned Nassif MedSpa a reputation for excellence.

Your Aftercare

Before leaving the MedSpa, your treatment will be reviewed and your bespoke aftercare plan will be discussed. This may include; how to care for your treated area, swelling / bruising management, any recommended at home skincare or maintenance, answering any final questions you may have, confirming your next appointment if required and any next steps.

You are welcome to spend time in the MedSpa for as long as you need, so that you leave when you are ready and comfortable to do so. Our team are known for creating a genuine bond with our patients. Therefore, you can often find us relaxing and having a chat both before and after a treatment takes place, so that we know our patients are comfortable and at ease on the day of their treatment, and leave us feeling nothing short of fabulous.

You can be assured that just because you have left us, our commitment to you doesn’t end there. Our team cares about you, and are here to ensure you are happy with your treatment. You will have a follow up call within 24 hours, so assess your progress post treatment.
